To determine whether we can assist within the Level 1 IAA scope, we need a little more information. Please complete the short Pre‑Consultation Questionnaire below.

What happens next?

There is no fee at this stage. The questionnaire helps us confirm:

• Whether your matter falls within Level 1 permitted categories

• Whether a consultation is appropriate

• Whether your circumstances involve any complexity, appeals, overstays, or protection matters, which we cannot assist with.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will review it and let you know:

• If your matter is within our scope

• Whether we can offer you a consultation

• The next available appointment times

• The fee structure (Progress Payment Schedule)

If your matter is outside Level 1, we will let you know and signpost you to the appropriate level of adviser.
