How much will it cost?
ECO Immigration Services (EIS) –
FEE SCHEDULE May 2026
This fee scale details our fees for all immigration advice and services that we are registered to provide to our clients. Our fees do not include any fees charged by UKVI or the Home Office. We charge on a Progress Payment Schedule (PPS)basis only.
Full case fixed fee includes: Written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant 3rd parties; consideration, preparation and submission of application and relevant supporting documents. Copies of documents and postage (where relevant).
The PPS for full cases means that the work is divided into stages and you pay only for the stage that is to be completed. Therefore should you wish to withdraw instructions part way through your immigration case we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at the stage it got to. Please note that our organisation is not VAT registered. Therefore VAT @ 20% will not be added to the fees outlined below.

Consultation & Written Advice
The fixed fee for this service is £100.
Stage 1 – Pre‑consultation preparation (50%)
Stage 1 includes reviewing your questionnaire answers, identifying relevant immigration categories, Preparing tailored questions, Structuring the consultation, Setting up your client file.
Once this work is completed, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the consultation fee (£50). This must be paid before the consultation takes place.
Stage 2 – Consultation and written advice (50%) This includes the verbal consultation and the written summary of advice.
Each stage is invoiced after the stage has been completed.
After the consultation, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% (£50). Your written advice summary will be issued after full payment has been received.
What’s Included: Verbal immigration advice and Written summary of advice (after full payment)
What’s Not Included: Document review, Drafting or checking application forms, Uploading evidence, Submitting applications, Ongoing representation. If you would like further services or a full case service please see our fees table for prices.
We can only accept electronic payment for fees for e.g via BACs/bank transfer, paypal or money transfer such as Western Union. Cash deposits into our bank account is also accepted.
